What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 / Check-out is by 10:00. If you plan to check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance.

Is early check-in/late check-out possible?

Depending on the reservation situation on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you wish to do so, please contact us in advance.

How many people can stay in one building?

The maximum number of guests per building is 6. For parties of 7 or more, please make reservations for 2 buildings.

Please tell me the price for children

Children of elementary school age or older are charged the same rate as adults. Preschool children can stay free of charge if they are willing to sleep in the same bed as their parents. Please note that if you require futons or breakfast, the same rate as adults will apply.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Please fill out the following information on the delivery slip and send it by mail.

Can I set off fireworks?

Only hand-held fireworks are permitted in front of the deck of your room. For safety reasons, please refrain from using fireworks indoors or outdoors, including in the guest rooms and around the guest rooms. Fire buckets are available for loan at the front desk, so please ask a staff member. Fireworks are not sold, so please bring your own in advance.

Q: Can I bring pets?

We have limited rooms and only dogs are allowed, but up to two pets can stay with you. We do not provide dog necessities such as cages, leashes, toilet sheets, water dispensers, etc., so please be sure to bring them with you. Also, if you leave your dog in the room and go out, please either put it in a cage or take it with you when you go out. *Terms and conditions regarding pet accommodation

Can you cater for allergies?

As allergy sensitivity varies from person to person and it is not possible to completely remove ingredients, we regret that we are unable to accommodate your request. If you would like to have food prepared for your allergies, please bring it with you in advance. *About food allergy support

Are there any plans with BBQ ingredients for children?

We do not provide meals for children (baby food, small portions, etc.). If you are staying with two adults and one child, we recommend that you either reserve ingredients for three adults, or prepare your own meals for the children. We ask that you order BBQ ingredients for the number of guests staying, but if you need more, you can bring your own. Please refer to the BBQ page for the contents of the BBQ ingredients.

Can I add the plan that includes BBQ ingredients on the day?

It is not possible to add meat or vegetables on the day. If you would like to add ingredients, please contact us by the following date.

Can you light the BBQ charcoal for me?

Basically, we ask that you light the fire yourself. Instructions on how to light a fire are provided in the information file in your room. If you are unable to light a fire, please ask the front desk staff for assistance.

Are pajamas provided in the rooms?

We have gown-type pajamas available. We do not have pajamas for children, so please bring your own.

Can I see the ocean from my room?

All rooms are ocean view rooms. From the Sky Deck Cottage, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, cotton sets, razors, body towels, bath towels, face towels, gowns, hair dryers, electric kettle, tea, and drinking water.

I would like to play in the ocean before checking in. Is there a place to change clothes?

We are sorry, but we are unable to provide changing rooms outside of your room. If you wish to use the beach before checking in, please change in your car or elsewhere.

Can I use the shower after I check out?

There is a water shower outdoors. If you would like to use it, please ask a member of staff.
